Letter ‘A’ activities and crafts are a fun way to let kids learn letters. These simple activities make teaching-learning more fun and effective.

Angel Craft: Kids will have a lot of fun trying this angel craft idea. It will also teach them how to write the letter ‘A’.

Materials:

  •          Construction paper – 1
  •          Pipe cleaner – 1
  •          Feathers – 2
  •          Googly eyes – 2
  •          Marker – 1
  •          Paper cut out of letter ‘A’
  •          Scissors
  •          Gluestick

Instructions:

  •          Help your child place and stick the letter ‘A’ cut out on the colored construction paper.
  •          Now, cut a part of the pipe cleaner and shape it like the halo of the angel and stick it on the top of the letter ‘A’.
  •          Then, ask them to stick the googly eyes on the top part of the letter. It will look like the eyes of the angel.
  •          Then, help him stick the feathers on the left and right sides of the letter and give it the look of the wings of the angel.

  •          Brown marker
  •          Scissors
  •          Tape

Instructions:

  •     First, take the paper plate and ask your child to draw the shape of an apple on it.
  •          Now, cut the apple shape neatly.
  •          Then, make the shape of the leaf and stem from the remaining pieces of the paper plate.
  •          Now use the brown marker and color the stem.
  •          Help them to stick the stem and leaf together with tape or glue and then fix the whole thing on top of the paper apple.
  •          Now, tear the green tissue paper into small pieces and stick those to the apple. Please ensure there are no white spaces visible on the apple.
  •          Your apple craft is ready.
